Change of ownership

OJSC Polotsk Dairy Plant announces that in accordance with Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 25.08.2016 No. 320 “On the development of agricultural production in the Vitebsk region”, the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Company (Minutes No. 63 of 13.10.2016) A decision was made to reorganize the Polotsk Dairy Plant Open Joint Stock Company by merging with the Polotsk Bread Products Plant Open Joint Stock Company.

According to the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Polotsk Bread Products Plant, (Minutes No. 74 dated 12/20/2017), it was decided to establish the Polotsk Dairy Plant Branch of Polotsk KHP OJSC from December 29, 2017 as a result of reorganization.

According to the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Polotsk Bread Products Plant, (Minutes No. 76 dated January 3, 2017) it was decided to liquidate the Polotsk Dairy Plant Branch of Polotsk KHP OJSC and create a reorganization in the form of separation from Open Joint Stock Company “Polotsk Combine of Bread Products” of the Unitary Enterprise “Polotsk Dairy Plant” from January 4, 2018.
